On this trip, you will explore the major historical and cultural centers of Bhutan which includes Paro, Thimpu and Punakha where you will visit its ancient fortresses and museums, age-old monasteries and cultural centers followed by fascinating view of the Himalaya. We will also visit Gangtey valley where ancient Buddhist monasteries and the rare Black Necked Cranes share a common environment forming a perfect landscape of harmony between human and the nature. In addition, our guides will lead you through the deeper experiences of the life in the mystical dragon kingdom; earth’s last living Shangri-la.

• Day 1/2: Flight to Paro/ tour
• Day 3/4: Drive to Thimphu, tour of Thumphu.
• Day 5/6: Day excursion to the Gangtey Gompa, drive to Punakha and tour, drive back to Paro
• Day 7/8: A Day hike to Taktsang (tiger’s nest) monastery, transfer to airport for departure.
