This trek takes you into the base camp of Dhaulagiri (8167), one of the eight highest peaks in the world. The massive peak with the other 14 peaks above 7000m stands like a crown in the western region of Nepal with its fascinating view. The trek to the base camp is from verdant valleys of cultivated fields to the Rhododendron and alpine forests and beautiful high altitude meadows with hot springs and waterfalls. Spectacular sceneries follow all along the trek.

• Day 1/3: Arrive, tour of Kathmandu, fly to Pokhara
• Day 4: Drive to Beni/Baglung and start trek
• Day 5/9: Trek through Singa Bazar, Takum, Muni, Boghara, Dobang (2250m)
• Day 10/15: Trek to Italian Base Camp (3800m), “Midway Camp” (4500m),  Classic Base Camp (5000m) with rest days on each camp
• Day 16/23 Trek across French Col to below Dhampus Pass, then to Alubari , Marpha, Lete, Tatopani, Ghorepani, Birethanti and drive to Pokhara
• Day 24/26: Drive to Kathmandu, rest and departure
