• Day 1/2 : Arrive Kathmandu and tour
• Day 3: Fly to Lhasa (3650m)
• Day 4/5: Visit Potala Palace, Jokhang temple, Barkhor square, Sera Monastery, Drepung Monastery
• Day 6/9: Drive to Gyantse (3950m) 261 km via Yumdruk Tso(turquoise lake) – visit Khumbum, Palkor Chode Monastery and Gyantse Dzong,  and drive to Shigatse (3900m) 90km - visit Tashi Lungpo monastery, drive to Shegar (4050m) 244km and drive to Rongbuk (5000m) 68km
• Day 10: Explore Everest base camp & drive to Tingri (4390m) 65km
• Day 11: Drive to Zhangmu (2300m) 181km
• Day 12/15:  Drive to Kathmandu (1400m), tour of valley and trip concludes
