The trip begins from Lhasa, the heart of Tibet, the land of Shangri-la and proceeds through Tashilungpo and Gyantse ,Tibet’s two major monastic centers and towns, on to the base camp of the Mount Everest; the highest and the most majestic peak on earth. The enormous, age-old Buddhist monasteries and towns, nomadic camps, flora and fauna as well as the unparalleled Himalayan panorama will keep you thrilled. The trip will conclude in Kathmandu; another enigmatic town in the Himalayas

• Day 1/3 :Arrive Lhasa (3660 m) and visit Potala Palace, Jokhang temple and Sera monastery and rest for acclimatization
• Day 4/8:  Drive to Gyantse (3950m) 261 km – visit Kumbum and Fort, drive to Shigatse (3900m) 90km – visit Tashi Lungpo monastery, drive to Tingri (4390m) 304 km - acclimatization
• Day 9/13:  Trek to Lung Thang (4510m),  trek to Lamna La (5150 m), trek to Zommug , trek to Rongbuk (5000m) and trek to Everest base camp (5150m)
• Day 14 : Trek back to Rongbuk and drive to Nyalam (215 km)
• Day 15:  Drive Nyalam (3750m) to Kathmandu
